Modern Sega Master System dumping tools seems to a bit more hard to come by, but there are still some great options!

==== Method 1 - Retrode2 ====

This is a super simple system that works really well, and is [[https://dragonbox.de/en/cartridge-dumper/retrode2.html|affordable and readily available]].

  - Connect the [[https://stoneagegamer.com/master-system-adapter-for-retrode-2-rip-play-sega-master-system-roms.html|Master System Adapter]] with your game, and plug it into the Retrode2.
  - Make sure the voltage setting is at 5V.
  - Connect the Retrode2 to your computer.
  - The Retrode2 should now show up as a regular USB drive, and you can copy the ROM from there for further analysis.

==== Method 2 - Sanni Cart Reader ====

By using the SMS to MD adapter available from the GitHub repository, you can dump Sega Master System games through the Mega Drive/Genesis slot.
